Eli makes sounds and songs using his voice, many instruments, tools, hearts and brains. He also teaches others how to do the same and records and produces artists of many genres. Listen:

Being a long-time singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer, Eli can support you in many ways:

you want to develop your song ideas
you have some music ideas but struggle with lyric writing
you have some lyrics but struggle with putting them to music
you have music and lyrics but want to add instruments to it (including live drums), learn about arranging and production and recording it
you want to bring your "bedroom" production to a more professional level

Eli creates an encouraging and positive atmosphere in his small but very well-equipped studio in Berlin. He focuses on your unique creative path. One of the most thrilling and fulfilling parts of making music is when you detach from your plan and discover surprising ideas that change you a little.

Sessions in the studio are 25€ per hour .

There are already-mic'd drums, guitars, keyboard, percussion, and wonderful audio tools (Ableton Live, Logic Pro X, Ableton Push, great preamps and other outboard gear). The rate includes pre-session preparations, phone and e-mail consultation, and executing rough mixes of your sessions. Let's talk about it and see what's possible. Most genres welcome.

Eli Salzman is an expert writer, editor, proofreader, and communicator. He has written and/or edited reviews (music, art, travel), artist bios, various promotional content for creatives, mission statements, short stories, poems and song lyrics, fiction and non-fiction.

He has been published in online magazines and recently edited a book on women's health and personal growth. He is currently on a team editing a species identification app for a world-renowned large software company, and is also script proofreader for an ongoing TV series. His experience in nonprofit management, grant-writing, teaching effective writing, songwriting, music management and promotion, and various creative community projects has enabled him to develop and refine a set of very sharp writing and editing skills.

One of his specialties is enhancing and bringing color to dry or "boring" text. With a long creative writing background, including lyric writing, he is an expert in improving rhythm, flow, and phrasing such that the text really comes alive. The feedback he is most often given is that his writing is approachable and accessible while articulating concepts and themes in a way that allows the reader to grasp them with ease and enjoyment.

Eli can edit and proofread any fiction or non-fiction content, including blogs, podcasts, video captioning and narration, film and TV scripts, website text, smartphone app text, grant proposals...and many more. He uses Final Draft, Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, various Content Management Systems, and various website builders.
